Most teams hire one person to build the site and another to run the marketing automation. The two rarely talk to each other. I do both, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.
Most freelancers specialize in one side of this. I work across both, so your automation and your website are never fighting each other.
I'm not the cheapest option and I'm not an agency. I'm one person who's spent 20+ years mastering WordPress and 5+ years specializing in MarTech, and I only take on work where both of those actually matter.
Marketo's standard Email Performance Report exports as a plain CSV that's tedious to read at a glance. I built a custom web app that takes that exact export and instantly turns it into a clean, interactive dashboard: key metrics, charts, and campaign trends in one view. Just drop in the CSV and the visual report generates itself.

Founded and grew a Malay-language web design & maintenance service site targeting the Malaysian SME market, built entirely on organic search, with no paid advertising.
Designed and managed marketing automation workflows in a corporate MarTech role: automated customer journeys, CRM data integration, and analytics tracking across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. I build the same logic on no-code platforms too, using Zapier, Make, and n8n to wire CRM, billing, support desks, and Slack together so lead routing and follow-up happen without anyone chasing them.
I started working with WordPress in 2003, not as a coder writing custom apps from scratch, but as someone who knows the platform inside out and uses it to actually solve business problems. I spent the last 5+ years specializing in marketing automation and CRM systems in corporate MarTech roles. These days, I take on freelance and part-time client work for people locally and globally who need a WordPress site done right and the marketing systems behind it working together. I'm also actively job hunting for a full-time role where both of those skill sets matter, so if you're hiring rather than briefing a project, that works too.
